Work with me
Most AI GTM dies the day after the demo. I build the systems that live.
I'm Vikash. I run AI GTM systems at Docket, and I build the AI systems your go-to-market team actually adopts, into your own stack, so a real, busy team keeps using them long after the demo.
The pattern
The demo was great. Then everyone quietly went back to doing it by hand.
Do not take my word for it. Open your CRM and read the last ten "AI-personalized" briefs or emails your team actually sent. You know the movie: a "personalized" line that fools no one, a brief that is the homepage pasted in at 8:59am to clear a field.
Nobody flags it. Your team just stops using the tool and goes back to the manual version, because the AI made more work, not less. This is what "we added AI" looks like by week three, in software you are still paying for.
Not because the model is bad. Because nobody built it to survive a real, busy team. I have shipped this exact thing, so I am not throwing stones. I just build the other kind now.
Pulled from a dozen stacks. Yours has a version of this.
Demo-grade vs. adoption-grade
I build the second kind. I know the difference because I have shipped the first kind and watched it die.
Demo-grade AI
Looks great for the length of a sales call
Then it falls apart the first busy Tuesday. A required field fills with boilerplate. A "personalized" line fools no one. The tool sits in the stack, unopened, and the team goes back to doing it by hand.
Adoption-grade AI
Built for the busy Tuesday
The machine does the fetching and the formatting. The human keeps the judgment. The right move is the cheap one, so nobody has to route around it, and nobody has to be told twice.
Why hire me instead of a tool or an agency
Book the AI GTM Audit →Built in the seat, not on a slide.
I run AI GTM at Docket. This is my work, not a side hustle behind a course.
The method is already public.
Documented systems on this site, with the real stacks, prompts, and example outputs. You are not buying a pitch. You are buying the build.
I design for adoption.
The human keeps the verifying and the judgment; the machine takes the drudgery. That is the part everyone skips, and the only part that matters after week two.
You own it.
Your stack, your prompts, your team trained. You can audit every step. When I leave, nothing breaks.
Weeks, not a quarter.
A working system fast, then it compounds.
Simple pricing. You own what I build.
Everyone starts with the audit. The $500 fee comes off any build, so the roadmap is effectively free the moment you say go.
The AI GTM Audit. A 45-minute working call and a short written roadmap: where AI actually helps in your motion, where it will die in adoption, and the two or three systems to build first. You leave with a plan you can run yourself.

- The Build Sprint
- One system, built together over 2 to 3 sessions
- Your team learns to run and change it
- A runbook you keep
- You own all of it
$500 audit credited
- The Full Build
- I build one system into your stack, end to end
- Team trained, runbook handed over
- 2 to 4 weeks, you lift nothing
- You own it, no retainer
$500 credited · 2 builds a quarter
It runs and your team uses it, or I keep working until it does. One time, you own it, no monthly retainer. One AI tool nobody opens, or one quarter of cold discovery, costs more than a Full Build.
FAQ
- Is this just prompts?
- No. A prompt is one line of a system. I build the whole thing: the data going in, the verification step, the tool wiring, the place the output lands, and the human checkpoint that keeps it honest.
- What if my team still will not use it?
- That is the failure I design against first. The system makes the right move the cheap one, and I train the team to run it. If it is not getting used, I keep working until it is.
- Do I own it, or rent it?
- You own it. Your accounts, your prompts, your runbook. Nothing is locked to me.
- How much of my time will it take?
- A kickoff, a few reviews, and the training. I do the building.
- Do you run our outbound for us?
- No. I build the system your team runs. You keep the wheel.
- Why is this not a monthly retainer?
- Because you should not need me forever. I build it, you own it, I step out.
Start with the audit
If your AI GTM works great in the demo and quietly dies by the second week, that is the exact problem I fix. Book the audit and I will show you the two or three systems worth building first.
